Welcome to my blog. This is a new and exciting experience for me. I look forward to sharing my views on everything from education to world politics. (Did I mention I was a news junkie?) I have many diverse interests and now I have a forum for sharing. My PhD journey is in the final stages and I am consumed with research and of course writing. One of the areas that I have a passion for is finding ways to turn at-risk students into life long confident learners. Nice to be working with you again- sounds like it will be the last time as you are finishing classes. I just find out now that your are a news junkie, too ?!?!?
What are your favorite sources? I haven't gone whole hog and set up RSS feeds to "feed" by habit but now that I know how I see real problems for getting my work done! I am a NPR fan (even during fund drives) and I especially love political satire lie the "Capitol Steps", "Wait, wait don't tell me", "The Daily Show", and the "Colbert Report"
